1. Acceptance & Electronic Contract

2. Supplier Information Disclosure (ECTA §43 requirement)

Our website clearly displays:

  • Business name and legal status; CIPC registration number;

  • Physical and email address for legal service; contact details;

  • Terms of service, refund policy, privacy policy;

  • Delivery timeframes; ADR (alternative dispute resolution) options CIPC+1SAFLII.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • We aim to confirm and fulfill orders within 30 days, unless an alternative timeframe is agreed.

  • Delays: If a service or item becomes unavailable, we notify you promptly and refund any payment within 30 days SAFLII.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are VAT‑inclusive and final at checkout.

  • We use secure (PCI‑compliant) payment processors to protect your payment information werksmans.com.

5. Liability Limitations

We make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver accurate services but disclaim liability for indirect or special damages.
You agree to our limitation clauses except where non‑excludable by consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

All website content and materials remain our exclusive property unless otherwise stated.
User‑submitted content (reviews, photos) is licensed to us indefinitely.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

South African law governs these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms or Policies

We reserve the right to amend these documents.
We will notify you of significant changes, and continued access to our services constitutes acceptance.
